My home, like many others was damaged by the hail storm that hit Melbourne on Saturday 6 March 2010. As you will see from the attached photos, the damage to my home was extensive.
RACV Insurance requested a quote for the repairs from a provider of my choice. I contacted Premium Coatings on the recommendation of a family friend.
To my absolute delight, a company representative arrived on time to access the damage, followed up the next day, as agreed, to confirm Insurance claim contact details, and lodged the quote as agreed.
Once the quote was approved, repairs to my home began within a few days. All the trades people involved were professional, courteous, non intrusive, and to my delight meticulously cleaned up at the end of each day.
Progress, and quality of works was inspected on alternate days, and Nancy from head office was in constant contact keeping me informed on scheduling of works, and confirming trades people starting times to ensure they did not clash with the normal workings of my family. The level of communication, and flexibility was fantastic.
The conduct, professionalism, quality of service and workmanship, flexibility and attention to detail delivered by Premium Coatings has surpassed all my expectations. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the cost originally agreed to. No surprises.
I have no hesitation in recommending John and his team for any project and wish them well in all their future endeavors.
